Yoga workouts: Check out these toning exercises to build muscle tone while you unwind

The words "string bikini" may make you want to crawl into child's pose, but you can firm up your soft spots with these poses from Seane Corn, a Los Angeles-based celeb yoga instructor. They'll help you strengthen and define the underlying muscles in your arms, back, glutes, abs, and thighs.

Hold each pose for three to five long breaths — or at least 30 seconds.

Great thing, even though I miss one or two more Plank Variations, I integrated these moves into my own yoga-workout :)

More than a year ago, my husband & I completed the P90X dvd series in 90 days, it works! I'm really good with breakfast (Kashi cereal, oatmeal or one egg & whole wheat thin bread, with blueberries). So, I replaced lunch or dinner with Isagenix protein shake, depending on the day's plan. Had an apple a day, water, and almonds/walnut for crunch. Good luck!

I have a question... Does anyone think I can tone up within a 1 1/2 months with these moves? My legs are pretty toned because I'm a runner. I'm mostly concerned about my abs, and inner upper thighs. My stomach needs a great amount of workout. I weigh 123. I don't mind how much I weigh, as long as I look fine. Can anyone suggest what I should do for 1 1/2 months?

I must admit. These Yoga poses definetly do work! I take a Hot Power Yoga class with these same moves but very intense. Really helped develop my core and overall body! Be consistent with this and you will see.

Yoga found me about 2 1/2 years ago and now I'm living, breathing yoga. So much that I'm getting out of government and helping to manage a yoga apparel store and also get certified. Besides it making you look good and feel good, it helps gives you an inner peace and view the world and people in a different way. And you'll do whatever it takes to make sure that you keep youself uplifted and remain in a positive mindset.

I absolutely love Yoga. I started learning and practicing it when I saw a friend of mine in incredible shape and she attributed it to Yoga, I learnt it from Franz Andrini (http://www.zendle.com)and it's really been good. I have lost weight. my body looks good and the best thing is that I feel great about myself. I look good too..( well, atleast I think I look good ;)). I'm glad I started it.

I have always wanted to start doing yoga instead of the same old boring workouts. These moves sound like really fun ways to stay solid and strong, and I will definitely enjoy them.

I recently did a Boot Camp Challenge with two women 5-8 years younger and brown belts in Karate. I was asked to 'fill in' at the last minute with no time to prepare, my yoga instructor does a great power yoga with these moves which I attend 2-3 times a week. It felt great to finish before them, and to be able to scale those walls on the course.
