    nice tips, but I crave night time snacks when Im up late watching george lopez on nickatnight. Im not hungry, I dont skip meals, and i dont stress!

    Is it just me it is the article not showing up correctly? Anyway, my biggest thing right now is Kraft mac and cheese. I love that stuff! I eat it by the box!I had to find something to replace it with. Now I find myself at subway sandwich shops buying a $5 footlong once a day in instead. At least I'm getting veges now. Lol!

    O and btw...I'm not gonna remember any of these "tips"...but I'll definitely remember the donuts.... I wonder what flavor the green one is? Do the flavors correspond to the colors or are the colors and flavors arbitrary? Ok...I'm tripping....

    Great tips, but they don't work for me. My problem is that by time I slow down enough to think about any of these, I'm already at least halfway through whatever I'm eating. I need to figure out a way to get ahead of my hand-to-mouth reaction.

    Love the tip on laughing, good to know I am burning calories when I am out with my girlfriends!

    Quesiton on the hunger, just read a study from the BBC (published in the NY Times) that when men exercise a hormone is released and that their body reacts by dampening hunger but that when women exercise and that hormone is released it actually triggers hunger in women for hours. This has always been the case for me, I am usually ravenous after a work out but how to combat this??
