And to speed weight loss even more, make sure to check out the diet secrets in The New Laws of Leanness.
Here’s what to do: Complete the workout three days a week, resting a day between each session. Do the exercises as a modified circuit, performing one set of each exercise in succession, and resting 30 seconds between each move. So you’ll do one set of the alternating dumbbell row, rest 30 seconds, then do one set of the dumbbell sumo squat, and rest another 30 seconds, and so on. After you’ve done one set of each exercise, rest for another 30 seconds, and repeat the circuit two to three times.

For free daily workouts that use exercises similar to the ones in the article check out www.midwestfit.com They have great high intensity, but quick workouts that will burn fat and get you in great shape! My friend and I started with their program about 5 months ago and he's actually lost 40 pounds with their exercises coupled with a healthy diet!
Christine, my guess you've hit a palteau. Your body becomes so used to something that it no longer works. I would suggest switching things up, Chane yoyur routine, your workouts. Now that you loast the weight do more weight training to gaine more muscle. And remember eveything in moderation is ok. U can trewat yourself. You lost 30lbs, that's amazing. Go have an ice cream cone! And remember to eat more protien that will help gain more muscle. At least all of this has helped on my own experience but everyones body is different. Good luck! I'm sure you look amazing!
I've taken up running since Dec and lost about 30 lbs. I mix my workout to tone up, I lift free weights and use machine weights on leg days. But it's been a month and not only m I not toning up but I'm not losing weight. I'am eating the same food, no cookies, sugars or soda. I drink lots of water and I'm in the Army. What is happening to me? Why can't i get the body i want?
I really need to get serious about my workouts and not just read the magazines! I just started Zumba and I love it. I will try these 3 exercises and hopefully see the results in a month!
I WILL TRY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SPECIALY THAT MY VACATIONS ARE COMING AND I WANT TO LOOK VERY NICE....
I'll definitely try it and I'll be back in a month to let you know about my results :D
I recommend this workout!! Started my first day yesterday and I can't wait to continue. The only thing that worries me is that three exercises doesn't seem like a lot. But I trust the experts and will keep it going!!
This looks great! Thanks WH!
Some great articles on this subject at the following blog including instructional video. http://bit.ly/chMaQj
This looks like a great workout. I will definitely try it out. I just wish it had more exercises.
I'm getting serious about my body fat. This sounds like a good place to start.
These really do work and increase the fat you burn during your workout routines. And #2 is no joke! You can really feel the burn!
I'm really frustrated with mt abs so I will give this a try. I've always thought I needed to do crunches, etc to flatten my midsection. Dumbbell sumo squat? Bring it on!
Thanks for that Point in the right Direction Short and to the Point
This is truly a great way to accomplish a specific goal, especially w/out benefit of specific equipment which many of us can't afford to buy or have room to house
