Labor Day…the very mention is enough to send most women into a fit of both glee and remorse. Who doesn’t love one last hurrah at the end of summer? Then again, who actually loves the end of summer? Whether it’s a celebratory trip or more of an end of summer pity party, this year the number of people driving to their Labor Day destinations is up big time, as well as the number of miles they're driving, according to AAA.

Although hitting the pavement for one last summer road trip can be just what a girl needs before fully committing to grueling office hours, (bye-bye, summer Fridays) it can also be a dangerous adventure if you don’t prepare to hit the open road right!
